Annual General Meeting 2025

Triveni Byapar held its AGM on 1st August 2025 at The Plaza, Pulchowk, Lalitpur. This annual gathering embraced a captivating theme — Galaxy: Triveni Universe Unfolded — creating an immersive experience filled with engaging moments and vibrant energy.

The event served as an opportunity to reflect on the achievements of the past year and set new goals for the year ahead. Individuals and teams were recognized for their exceptional contributions, with creative awards such as the Rockstar Award, Rising Star Award, Best Team Award, and many more.

Mr. Shailesh Sanghai, Managing Director, addressed the attendees and highlighted the major milestones of the year. His reflections included advancements in organizational processes, strategic initiatives, and impactful developments that strengthened the company’s foundation.

All these accomplishments mirror the company’s three core values: We Before I, Empowerment Through Results, and Change is the Only Constant.

Reinforcing the company’s purpose of “Making Lives Better for Every Home in Nepal,” Triveni Byapar renewed its commitment to social responsibility, taking an oath to plant 5000+ trees in the coming year.
